Quality commitment letter

To ensure the quality of the quoted products, we make the following commitments:

1.In strict accordance with the requirements of the contract, provide products that meet the design standards and have qualified quality.

2.Strictly check and control the incoming quality of raw materials, original devices and accessories.

3.Ensure that the supplied equipment has perfect processing technology and complete detection means. Products will never leave the factory with defects.

4.Take full responsibility for the supplier's supply, quality, equipment performance, technical interface and service.

5.Provide relevant departmental standards and drawings to the manufacturing supervision unit as stipulated in the contract, and provide convenience for manufacturing supervision.

6.Inform the demander and the manufacturing supervision representative of the quality defects in the equipment manufacturing process in time, and do not conceal them. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard stipulated in the contract, the supplier will replace it unconditionally.

7.Insure the supplied equipment in the process of manufacturing, transportation and loading and unloading. In case of accident, we will replace and repair the supplied equipment free of charge as soon as possible as required by the buyer until the buyer is satisfied.

8.In case of missing parts or missing parts caused by other reasons during unpacking, we are responsible for making up the missing parts for free as soon as possible. If the quality problems found in the process of equipment installation and debugging and in the future equipment operation are our fault, we will bear the responsibility and compensate the buyer for the direct economic losses.

9.This letter of commitment will become an integral part of the contract and have the same legal effect as the contract.
